  14. Hello, I am writing to ask a question that I am sure that you are tired 
  15. of (possible).  I couild look it up, but I do not really have the time 
  16. and resources to do so.  I need to know what a reasonable time to learn 
  17.     C & C++.  
  18. I have never taken a course in either.  I have seen extremely rudimentary 
  19. Code.  I do not know PASCAL.  I know COBOL, BASIC, and snips of others.
